We develop well-rounded basketball players and aspiring athletes looking to be a better version of themselves. We aim to improve each athletes fundamental basketball skills by teaching and showing how proper training techniques can improve basketball performance, reduce injuries and improve the body overall. We strive to build strong minds, strong bodies and stronger athletes.

We offer specialized training programs to build individual skills. Each training session will challenge players to become mentally and physically strong, allowing players to grow on and off the court. We incorporate speed, quickness, and agility into specific drills to improve players overall skills. These skills include shooting form and techniques, ball handling, offensive/defensive skills, guard/post play and positioning, individual offensive moves, & strength and conditioning. Hoopsync Athletics also creates basketball highlight tapes to assist players interested in pursuing a collegiate and/or professional career.
