Q: How far in advance do I have to schedule my training session?

At Hoopsync we want to give everyone an opportunity to set up appointments in advance to work around parent and trainer schedules and allow the maximum time necessary to home one's skills. You can schedule anywhere from two weeks to a month in advance.

 

Q: How do I register for training sessions with Hoopsync?

Registration for training sessions are done online by clicking the Register link. Registration is only required for new customers. Next you will need to click the add to cart button and pay for your preferred service. Upon registering for training sessions, parents are subject to agree to the wavier/release terms.

 

Q: When or how do I pay?

Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal online during registration or your more than welcome to bring cash at the time the first session begins.

 

Q: Where can I find directions to facilities?

Directions to facilities will be sent via email once payment is received and scheduling has been determined.

 

Q: What items should I bring?

We ask that you/and or your child come fully prepared in basketball or athletic shorts, T-shirts, basketball or athletic shoes, and it is also recommended that you bring a water bottle.

 

Q: How long are training sessions?

Our training sessions typically last 60 and 90 minutes depending on the type of training service you are interested in.

Q: I don’t live in the North Suburban area, will you travel for my training sessions?

Yes, we can travel to you for training opportunities. We can conduct private, small group, and team training for an additional traveling fee. Please contact us for more information about traveling costs. Please note that you will need to provide the workout facility or gymnasium in which we will conduct your training session(s). 

Q: Are parents allowed to sit in on training sessions?

Yes, parents are more than welcomed to sit in on training sessions to familiarize themselves with our training techniques, understanding trainers, and learn about the program.

Q: What is your cancellation refund policy?

Workouts must be canceled 48 hours in advance, otherwise there will be court fees. Workouts are in high demand and renting court-time is limited, therefore we cannot have players cancelling at the last minute, court time being scheduled and not used, and other players wanting to book sessions and being turned away.
