Vertical training requires a lot of energy because of its high intensity, utilizing the whole body therefore aiding in weight loss enhancing power, speed, and endurance. These programs entail creative exercises with a combination of plyometric and agility training together, giving you optimal results. Each session will be 60 minutes in length.
